LEAP: Leaders for Ethics, Animals, and the Planet
A Compassionate Alternative to Traditional Animal Agriculture Programs
Middle School Kids Program
Are you in middle school? Do you love animals?

In LEAP Kids, you will learn hands-on compassionate animal care, improving food systems, respectful stewardship of our planet, climate change solutions and the intersection of human and animal rights. For completion of certain workshops, you will also earn badges. Hint: one of them is pictured at the bottom of the page!
Our second year of LEAP Kids! Unity Farm Sanctuary will offer both a fall and spring semester of the LEAP Kids (middle school) program for 6th - 8th graders. Semester I will run from September - November and Semester II will run from April to June. Classes and workshops will be held on Wednesdays from 3:30 - 5:30 PM (please see dates below). Plant-based snacks are included!

Unity Farm Sanctuary is located (just south of Natick MA) at 17 Unity Lane, Sherborn MA 01770. MAP

The application window for 2026-2027 is open. Visit the LEAP website to apply. Travel financial aid may also be available, if needed, to offset the cost of transportation to the sanctuary. Make sure to follow Unity Farm Sanctuary in our email news, free UFS App, or on social media to learn more details. We are excited about the 2026-2027 UFS classes of LEAP Kids!
