For the safety of our animal residents and our visitors, we are a closed sanctuary, so unscheduled/unguided drop-ins are not allowed for walking in the.

Celebration of the Turkeys

Meet our Personable Turkeys, and all the Residents!

Join us for a Thanksliving stroll through the sanctuary to meet and honor our beloved turkeys (and their many friends), taking a moment to recognize their beauty and innate worth. Fresh vegan baked goods to buy, vendors, and hot cider, plus our Unity Duck Haven Store! 


Our next Celebration of the Turkey Tour/Event will be November 17, 2024

Winter Solstice Tour

Our December Tours!

Celebrate the change of the season and the arrival of Winter Solstice with a lovely walk through the sanctuary. While we are out and about, we will check in on our animal residents and learn more about how the Sanctuary adapts to winter, and how different animals get ready too. The tour runs for about an hour, being mindful of the cold weather.

GoVeg! Tours

A special friendly tour aimed at anyone (ages 10+) who is considering a more plant-based life. Meet our animals, hear their stories, and learn what positive, incremental changes we can all make to lead more compassionate lives. Whether you're already on a path toward vegetarianism/veganism or have no idea how to get started, everyone is welcome! These popular tours run for approximately 75 minutes.

Our GoVeg Tours run once a month, weather permitting 

Tickets cost $10.00 for all age 10+ visitors.*

Our Private Tours are available any day of the week, weather permitting

If you would like to schedule a private tour for your family, organization, or company, we can work with you to design a tour or volunteering event that best meets your needs!

Virtual Tours/Cameos

We are currently offering virtual tours to groups of any age from anywhere! If you would like to schedule a private tour or animal cameo for your school group, organization, or company, get in touch with our Humane Education team to discuss how we can best meet your needs.


Most tours and cameos run from 10-60 minutes over Zoom.


At this time, we are happy to be able to offer our Virtual Tours at no cost to all public schools and non-profits, and by donation for other groups.

Pumpkin Tours

Our Autumn Tours!

Our special fall harvest "Pumpkin Tours"are a fun, hour+ guided tour, where you will visit with our 225+ rescued farm animal residents, hear about some of their journeys, and learn about the ways they adapt to the changing seasons. Pumpkin Tours differ from our General Sanctuary Tours, so repeat visitors will have much to enjoy.

These tours also include special feeding of seasonal treats (including pumpkins!) for some of our animal residents.

Tickets are free for children 3 & under and cost $10 for all other visitors.*

Sanctuary Tours

Our Sanctuary Tours are our regular public tours for all ages and include an hour+ tour through our beautiful sanctuary grounds. You will have the chance to meet our 225+ rescued farm animal residents and learn more about their stories, reflecting the diverse plights of farm animals worldwide.

Get to know their unique personalities and see the power of love, care, and kindness firsthand!

Tickets are free for children 3 & under and cost $10 for all other visitors.*

Preschool Storytime Tours

These tours are designed specifically with our preschool visitors in mind! Join us outdoors for a story or two, followed by an abbreviated, age-appropriate tour where you will have the chance to meet some of the sanctuary's farm animal residents. The entire tour, including storytime, runs for 45 minutes.

All children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Our Preschool Storytime Tours run weekly, on most Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays( weather permitting), with a short hiatus in winter.

* Unity is a 501(c)(3) public charity operating on the kindness and generosity of so many. Your ticket fee goes directly to the care of our animal residents.
