The Sanctuary has been in the feel-good news this month with two segments we are delighted to watch!
WCVB 5 Chronicle was out to film in August for a show on fun activities in the Boston area $10 and Under. When you watch the segment, catch the fun aerial views too. What a great tour group that day as well, with perfect weather. We were delighted that our mission to share kindness and compassion was front and center. Watch here!
Another great vibes segment was aired from NBC10 THe Hub "Bright Side" when they spotted how much joy our rescues were getting after we started a call for ginormous stuffed animals - the kind that are bigger than 4 feet long! You will spot Bob Crocket hugging a giraffe, Dudley checking out a Bear and Arthur and DW enjoying a flat puppy pillow. Thank you everyone who have sent big stuffies! When you share your love of the Sanctuary and the rescues with your friends in any way you like: in person, a call, sharing this blog, or our weekly emails, sharing a social post, or any other means - you are helping the rescues! Folks loved the idea of donating big stuffies so much that NBC saw the excitement online and asked us to interview. WIth these two news pieces, new supporters have found the Sanctuary, and new donors are helping with the cost of running the Sanctuary. So thank you everyone for sharing, sharing, sharing!
